Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black discard control and attrition strategy commanded by Tinybones, Trinket Thief. The game plan focuses on deploying symmetric and targeted discard spells early to rapidly empty opposing hands while breaking parity with Tinybones's end-step card draw triggers. Continuous disruption pieces such as Oppression, Bottomless Pit, and Painful Quandary lock opponents into topdeck mode, preventing coordinated responses. Once the table has no cards in hand, the deck leverages large mana reserves from Cabal Coffers and Black Market to repeatedly activate Tinybones's activated ability, dealing 10 damage per activation to each opponent. Backup win conditions like The Haunt of Hightower, Massacre Wurm, and Archon of Cruelty provide secondary combat pressure if commander activations are stalled. The deck excels at resource denial but must carefully manage its life total and guard against resolved noncreature permanents.
