Klauth by Buttcheeques

Format: Commander

Commander: Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient is the deck's engine: it ramps to Klauth, attacks, and uses his spell-only mana to deploy a swarm of dragons. The primary kill is an extra-combat loop, usually Hellkite Charger with Old Gnawbone, where Old Gnawbone creates treasure to pay for the next combat. Secondary paths are straightforward dragon beatdown with haste, double strike, and damage multipliers. Old Gnawbone is the hidden commander of the combo line; without it, the deck falls back to Klauth-fueled midrange attacks. The deck is a mid-speed, high-power Gruul strategy that wants to end the game in one explosive combat turn.
