Commander: The Lord of the Eagles

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The Lord of the Eagles commands a mono-blue aerial tempo and beatdown deck that converts evasive fliers into massive cost reductions. The primary game plan curves out efficient flying creatures like Warden of Evos Isle and Esior, Wardwing Familiar to reduce the commander casting cost to just two blue mana. Once flashed in before your turn, The Lord of the Eagles pairs with global flying anthems like Gravitational Shift and Favorable Winds to rapidly close out games through evasive combat. Secondary win paths include an alternate sudden-death trigger from Atemsis, All-Seeing and one-sided board wipes like Raise the Palisade to clear blocker paths.
