Deck overview

This Esper deck, helmed by Inquisitor Greyfax, blends a synergistic Clue and artifact token engine with high-efficiency combo finishes and format-staple control. In the opening turns, it accelerates mana using low-cost rocks like Sol Ring and the Talisman cycle while generating recurring Clue tokens through Greyfax, Astrid Peth, and Wernog, Rider's Chaplain. High-impact card draw engines such as Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and Necropotence rapidly fuel the hand and dig for the primary win condition: Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation. If this compact combo is disrupted, the deck pivots smoothly to an overrun strategy, transforming Clues and artifact tokens into lethal flying threats with Cyberdrive Awakener or draining opponents with Mirkwood Bats and Kambal, Profiteering Mayor. A robust interaction suite featuring Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Cyclonic Rift protects vital plays while disrupting opposing threats.
