Hawkeye, Burn 🔥 by SleeperFather

Format: Commander

Commander: Hawkeye, Young Avenger

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Hawkeye, Young Avenger commands a mono-red burn and spellslinger deck that turns minor noncombat damage into lethal strikes. Hawkeye scales every noncombat damage source by his current power, converting low-cost pings and burn spells into devastating board-wide damage. The primary strategy involves deploying cheap damage-trigger permanents like Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Unruly Catapult, boosting Hawkeye with equipment or auras such as Heirloom Blade and Colossus Hammer, and chaining low-cost instants and sorceries. Secondary win conditions include massive spell bursts funded by Mana Geyser, storming off into Aetherflux Reservoir, or overwhelming opponents with high-impact enchantments like Super State and Eldrazi Conscription.
