Deck overview

This is a mono-black aristocrats deck commanded by Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER//Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel. The primary game plan is to generate a critical mass of death triggers, turning every creature death into card draw, life drain, and ultimately the commander's transformation into an emblem that amplifies the drain. The deck relies on token generators (Bitterblossom, Ogre Slumlord, Rat King, Pale Piper), versatile sacrifice outlets (Viscera Seer, Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar, Warren Soultrader), and a robust recursion package to keep the engine running. The primary win condition is assembling an infinite death loop - typically using Pitiless Plunderer plus a token generator and a sacrifice outlet - to drain the table. The commander's own attack and sacrifice triggers provide additional card advantage and a secondary drain path, while the emblem makes every subsequent death a global drain.
