Format: Commander

Commander: Trostani, Selesnya's Voice

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Trostani, Selesnya's Voice leads a lifegain/populate strategy with a heavy Angel token subtheme. The primary plan is to gain life off token and Angel enters, turn that into 4/4 Angels, and then multiply them with populate and token doublers. The secondary plan is a compact, creature-based +1/+1 counter combo package: Archangel of Thune plus Spike Feeder (or Cleric Class/Scurry Oak/Basking Broodscale with life-gain triggers) produces infinite life, counters, and tokens, which can be cashed in by Aetherflux Reservoir, Halo Fountain, or an enormous attack. Trostani's populate is the force multiplier; she is not the sole engine. No hidden commander exists in the 99; Growing Rites of Itlimoc is a transformative ramp piece.
