Deck overview

This Selesnya deck centers on its double-faced commander, Brigid, Clachan's Heart // Brigid, Doun's Mind, operating as a high-synergy creature swarm and combo engine. In the early game, the deck deploys efficient one-mana mana dorks and low-curve utility creatures to establish a wide board presence. Casting Brigid provides an immediate body and token, which seamlessly transforms on Turn 3 into Brigid, Doun's Mind—a powerhouse capable of producing massive amounts of green or white mana proportional to the creature count. The deck converts this mana surplus into an infinite loop using untap outlets such as Seedcradle Witch, Umbral Mantle, or Staff of Domination. Layered creature tutors ensure redundant access to combo components, while hatebears like Drannith Magistrate and robust protection pieces like Grand Abolisher and Sylvan Safekeeper safeguard execution against opposing disruption.
