Deck overview

This deck is a focused mono-green aggro build commanded by Fynn, the Fangbearer. Its primary strategy leverages an abundance of low-cost deathtouch creatures to turn early combat damage into rapid poison counters. By dealing two poison counters per connection, the deck turns the normal 40-life total into a compact 10-point threshold. Mid-game plays expand on this clock through toxic beaters and proliferate engines such as Bloated Contaminator and Evolution Sage, which continue stacking counters even if blockers appear. To protect its aggressive curve, the deck includes targeted protection like Heroic Intervention alongside asymmetric stax pieces like Winter Moon and Collector Ouphe that slow down multicolor mana bases and artifact ramp while leaving the deck's basic forest base untouched. When Fynn, the Fangbearer is removed, independent finishers like Triumph of the Hordes and Tyrranax Rex provide reliable backup win conditions.
