Deck overview

Wick, the Whorled Mind commands a Grixis rat tribal strategy centered on growing a single massive Snail token and launching it at the table for lethal direct damage. The deck develops an army of rodents and changelings, triggering Wick to either create a Snail or continuously place counters on it whenever rats enter. Doubling effects like Panharmonicon and damage magnifiers like Fiery Emancipation accelerate the snail's lethality. Once the snail reaches critical size, Wick's three-mana activated ability sacrifices it to burn every opponent simultaneously while refilling your hand. Alternatively, token engines like Marrow-Gnawer and Plague of Vermin support wide combat wins.
