Deck overview

This Izzet deck is a cost-reduction combo/value hybrid. Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger is the card-advantage general: unblocked hits exile the top two cards and cast a free Hero or noncreature spell. The real engine is a Sensei's Divining Top loop: One with Multiverse lets you recast Top from the top of the library for zero after two cost reducers, and each cast triggers Nico Minoru (2 damage to each opponent) or The Vision and Scarlet Witch (red mana + storm) to finish with Grapeshot. Secondary value chains use Wanda's Vision, Wiccan, and Aminatou's Augury. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around the single-faced general as a value accelerant, not a combo piece.
