Deck overview

This is a Mono-Blue Landfall/Vehicles value deck helmed by Cosima, God of the Voyage // The Omenkeel. The primary plan is to deploy the Omenkeel side early, crew it, and convert combat damage into exiled cards you can play as lands - feeding a dense landfall payoff suite (Gandalf, Shadow's Foe, Guardian of Tazeem, Roil Elemental, Grappling Kraken, Tiller Engine) while the front side of Cosima accumulates voyage counters and returns as a massive draw engine. A heavy equipment voltron subtheme (Sword of Hearth and Home, Genji Glove, Empyrial Plate, Blackblade Reforged) turns Cosima or a big beater into a commander-damage clock. The deck wins through incremental combat and card advantage, with Psychosis Crawler as a drain payoff for its large hand size, backed by a strong counterspell suite.
