Deck overview

This Bant counters deck builds a wide board of +1/+1 counters and wins through combat or an infinite Ballista loop. Tidus, Yuna's Guardian moves counters at combat and draws cards plus proliferates when counter creatures deal damage, turning every attack into card advantage and growth. Doublers like Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Ozolith, the Shattered Spire, Kami of Whispered Hopes and The Earth Crystal make counters multiply quickly. Secondary paths are Freed from the Real on Incubation Druid for infinite mana and a Fathom Mage/Lyla, Holographic Assistant/Pensive Professor draw loop. Kami of Whispered Hopes acts as hidden commander, providing both mana and doubling. The deck can pivot between go-wide combat with Champion of Lambholt/Herald of Secret Streams and instant-win Ballista.
