Deck overview

This is a midrange Dinosaur tribal stompy list helmed by Pantlaza, Sun-Favored. The core plan is to ramp, deploy cost reducers, then cast Pantlaza and a stream of Dinosaurs so his once-per-turn discover trigger cascades free permanents and spells into play. The deck backs that engine with classic Dino cheat pieces (Gishath, Sun's Avatar, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Etali, Primal Conqueror, Last March of the Ents) and two real combo finishes in the 99: Food Chain + Zacama, Primal Calamity for infinite mana and a direct outlet, and Polyraptor + Marauding Raptor for infinite tokens. Primary wins still come from overwhelming combat-tramplers, Unnatural Growth, and Akroma's Will-rather than turn-four combo. Pantlaza is the command-zone value engine that keeps the gas flowing, but the deck can still curve into large bodies and its 99 combos without him.
