Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Fire Lord Azula leads a Grixis spell-copy deck. The primary plan is to attack with Azula, then cast instants and sorceries during combat so she copies each spell; firebending mana helps pay, while Storm-Kiln Artist and Archmage Emeritus turn copies into Treasure and cards. Secondary paths are a burn shell with Guttersnipe, Firebrand Archer, and Twinflame Tyrant, and a control shell of counters and flexible removal. Electro, Assaulting Battery is the hidden red-mana engine, and The Scarlet Witch discounts the bigger spells. The main deterministic finish loops Frantic Search and Narset's Reversal under an attacking Azula, generating a large Treasure and card-advantage chain and ending with copied burn. If Azula cannot attack, the deck controls and chips but loses its high ceiling.
