Format: Commander

Commander: The Wise Mothman

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Sultai self-mill lands deck built around The Wise Mothman's two-part payoff: he spreads rad counters that make every opponent mill on each draw step, and every nonland card milled - by your own Hedron Crab, Blossoming Tortoise, Six, or by opponents' rad draws - puts +1/+1 counters on your team. The core engine is a lands-recursion matrix: Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, Aftermath Analyst, and Splendid Reclamation return entire graveyards of lands from the bin, while Tiller Engine, Amulet of Vigor, Spelunking, and Horizon Explorer untap them so each landfall wave fires Lotus Cobra, Tireless Provisioner, Evolution Sage, and Hedron Crab again. The primary win is a hypertrophied combat swing; beneath it sits a dense web of land-recursion loops that generate effectively infinite landfall and mill the table dry. The commander accelerates everything, but the backbone functions independently.
