This is a Rakdos treasure, theft, and sacrifice-combo list helmed by Locke, Treasure Hunter. Locke is a three-mana Rogue who slips past bigger blockers, mills each player on attack, mints a Treasure whenever a land hits the mill, and lets you cast one of those milled cards. The ninety-nine backs that trigger with outlaw attackers that also print Treasure - Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Kellogg, Dangerous Mind, Professional Face-Breaker, Grim Hireling, Goldspan Dragon - and with impulse-theft payoffs like Grenzo, Havoc Raiser, Etali, Primal Storm, Laughing Jasper Flint, and Plargg and Nassari. Parallel to the combat-value plan sit several sacrifice-and-Treasure loops (Warren Soultrader, Pitiless Plunderer, Cauldron Familiar, Academy Manufactor, Mayhem Devil) and an extra-combat finisher in Aggravated Assault that can go infinite with The Reaver Cleaver or a Goldspan-fueled Treasure engine. Alternate wins include Revel in Riches and Hellkite Tyrant. Locke is the cheap, repeatable value engine, not a combo piece; the deck still functions if he is answered, but the mill-and-cast plan clearly wants him in play.
