Deck overview

This deck leverages Vihaan, Goldwaker to turn an ordinary resource—Treasure tokens—into an aggressive, vigilant army of 3/3 Construct Assassins. In the early game, low-cost creatures and ramp spells build mana and stockpile Treasure tokens. Once Vihaan hits the battlefield, those tokens immediately animate into hasty attackers while retaining their ability to tap and sacrifice for mana. Aristocrat payoffs like Mirkwood Bats and Reckless Fireweaver penalize opponents for every token created and consumed, turning regular mana usage into direct damage. While the deck boasts high tempo and strong combat pressure, it is inherently vulnerable to sweepers that target artifacts and creatures alike, as well as well-timed spot removal aimed at Vihaan before the combat phase begins.
