Bruvac the Grandiloquent [READY] by eckoefx

Format: Commander

Commander: Eddie the Judge

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue mill deck that uses Bruvac the Grandiloquent to double every opponent mill trigger while a 26-copy Persistent Petitioners package and a pile of half-library effects empty three libraries in parallel. Bruvac turns Traumatize, kicked Maddening Cacophony, Fleet Swallower, Terisian Mindbreaker, Jidoor, Aristocratic Capital, and Kitsune's Technique into one-shot kills, and Spark Double or Irenicus's Vile Duplication copy him for quadruple mill. The 99 still functions if he never resolves: Petitioners, Ruin Crab, Hedron Crab, Mesmeric Orb, Court of Cunning, Fraying Sanity, Keening Stone, and Riverchurn Monument all mill without him, and The Water Crystal is a second amplifier. Thrumming Stone ripples the Petitioners into a swarm; Kindred Discovery and Mass Appeal refill off that swarm. Defense is thin-Propaganda, Aetherize, and three counters-so the deck has to finish before combat decks punch through its 1/3s.
