Master Burglar by Hopeismydog

Format: Commander

Commander: Bilbo, Luckwearer // Burglar's Plot

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue theft/control deck is built around Burglar's Plot, the Adventure face of its commander: a repeatable exchange spell that trades cheap permanents for the table's best nonland cards, especially when Lucky Clover copies it. The unblockable 1/1 front face doubles as a filtering outlet and a late commander-damage carrier once equipped with Sting or Glamdring. The rest of the list is a dense pile of theft and exchange effects-Bribery, Blatant Thievery, Agent of Treachery-plus eight counterspells and instant bounce to protect the stolen board. Psychosis Crawler is the only scalable alternative win. No infinite combo exists; the deck wins by accumulating opponents' permanents and attacking with them.
