Henzie Deck by user7574775

Format: Commander

Commander: Henzie "Toolbox" Torre

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Henzie "Toolbox" Torre is a Jund blitz-value deck that casts 4+ mana creatures for haste, attacks, draws a card when they die, and sacrifices them. Henzie reduces blitz costs each time you recast him and turns every big creature into card advantage. The deck grinds with ETB and attack triggers (Archon of Cruelty, Etali, Elder Brain, Inferno Titan) and recurs them through sacrifice outlets (Riveteers Ascendancy, Body Launderer, Archpriest of Shadows, Victimize). Secondary paths cheat creatures with Ilharg, Champion of Rhonas and Industrial Advancement, or go wide with Old Gnawbone treasures and Goreclaw. Vivien on the Hunt and Protean Hulk act as hidden toolbox tutors to chain creatures.
