Deck overview

This Selesnya Enchantress deck is commanded by Ellivere of the Wild Court, employing an aggressive Hatebear and Stax strategy that turns asymmetric resource denial into overwhelming combat pressure. The game plan centers on deploying early mana acceleration and restrictive stax pieces—such as Rule of Law, Archon of Emeria, and Collector Ouphe—to throttle opposing combo lines, artifact mana, and multi-spell turns. Ellivere breaks parity effortlessly: her triggered abilities generate Virtuous Role tokens and draw cards upon combat damage without casting spells. As the enchantment count rises, Virtuous Roles grant massive stat buffs to otherwise unassuming utility creatures, rapidly turning hatebears into lethal threats. Robust defensive support from Umbra Mystic, Selfless Spirit, and Shalai, Voice of Plenty shields the board from board wipes and spot removal. The deck consistently closes games through relentless combat damage while keeping opponents completely constrained under persistent lock pieces.
