Vivi Ornitier by user1375933

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is an Izzet storm-combo deck. Vivi enters as a 0/3, but every noncreature spell puts a counter on her and deals 1 to each opponent; Harmonic Prodigy, Veyran, and Wizard's Staff turn that trigger into a lethal multiplier. Her {0} ability then spends her power as mana, letting a cantrip chain fuel bigger spells. The primary kill is an infinite cast loop using Valley Floodcaller + Retraction Helix with Mana Vault, or Isochron Scepter imprinted with Dramatic Reversal, with Vivi's trigger as the outlet. Secondary wins are Underworld Breach/Brain Freeze storm and Niv-Mizzet + Curiosity. Longshot, Rebel Bowman is a hidden secondary commander, duplicating Vivi's drain plus a cost reducer.
