Commander: Kenrith, the Returned King

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a five-color combo-control deck helmed by Kenrith, the Returned King, built as a cEDH-grade pile of fast mana, premium tutors, and stacked interaction. The primary win is the classic Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond + Brain Freeze storm line, which mills all opponents out in a single turn. The secondary engine is Dockside Extortionist paired with blink pieces - Emiel the Blessed, Displacer Kitten, or Phantasmal Image - generating infinite treasures that Kenrith converts into draw, reanimation, and haste for a kill, or that Finale of Devastation turns into a hasted alpha strike. Kenrith's activated abilities act less as a required engine and more as a flexible outlet and value source; the deck's real power lives in the 99. A dense suite of free counterspells, Silence effects, and stax pieces in Drannith Magistrate, Grand Abolisher, and Teferi, Time Raveler protect the combo turn and police the table.
