Format: Commander

Commander: Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kynaios and Tiro helm a four-color blink/ETB value deck. The primary plan is to sandbag card advantage and extra land drops behind the commander, then press that advantage through repeatable flicker effects such as Soulherder, Teleportation Circle, and Conjurer's Closet. The finish is usually a Felidar Guardian + Restoration Angel loop, amplified by Purphoros, Impact Tremors, Warleader's Call, or Altar of the Brood to eliminate all opponents at once. Secondary lines use Etali and small-token damage from Arabella and The Jolly Balloon Man. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around the blink package rather than any single secret commander. Its commander is value support rather than an essential engine.
