Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is not the deck's main finisher; she is the energy battery and heat source. The deck plays low-cost instants and sorceries early, using Vivi's +1/+1 ability, triggered pings, trigger doublers, cantrips, and cost reducers to chain into a bigger storm turn. Veyran, Voice of Duality functions as the true hidden commander, while Prismari, the Inspiration is the storm payoff that turns a spell chain into a game-ending turn. The primary kill is Dualcaster Mage plus Twinflame for infinite hasty attackers; secondary paths use Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Niv-Mizzet, Visionary, or Crackle with Power fueled by Vivi and Mana Geyser.
