Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Aristocrats and Reanimator strategy commanded by Lagomos, Hand of Hatred. The game plan revolves around generating temporary creature tokens every turn with Lagomos and Urabrask's Forge, converting them into card advantage and mana via sacrifice outlets like Skullclamp, Ashnod's Altar, and Deadly Dispute. By Turn 5 to 6, the deck transitions into a lethal threat state by reanimating or hardcasting dominant bombs like Archon of Cruelty, Grave Titan, and Butcher of Malakir. Aristocrat payoffs such as Mayhem Devil, The Meathook Massacre, and Massacre Girl, Most Wanted steadily drain opposing life totals while controlling opposing creature boards through repeated edict effects. The deck recovers rapidly from board wipes thanks to extensive reanimation spells, maintaining steady pressure through Turn 8.
