Deck overview

This monoblue deck is built around The Mindskinner, turning unblockable combat damage into simultaneous, table-wide mill. Casting the commander on Turn 3 sets up an immediate 10-card mill per opponent on Turn 4. The deck accelerates this clock by deploying non-legendary clone effects like Spark Double and Auton Soldier, or mill and damage multipliers such as Bruvac the Grandiloquent and Fireshrieker. By Turn 5, each swing shreds 20 to 30 cards from every opposing library, threatening to mill out the entire table by Turn 7. Because The Mindskinner has only 1 toughness and must attack over several consecutive turns, the list utilizes cheap countermagic like Stubborn Denial, instant-speed phasing via March of Swirling Mist, and protective equipment to shield its centerpiece. While resilient against single target spells, the strategy relies heavily on its commander and faces challenges if resolved permanents slip past its counter suite.
