Deck overview

This deck pairs Wernog, Rider's Chaplain and Cecily, Haunted Mage under the Friends Forever mechanic to create a four-color Non-Green midrange engine. Early turns focus on deploying Wernog to generate Clue tokens, followed by token engines such as Smothering Tithe, Sai, Master Thopterist, and Jan Jansen, Chaos Crafter. These artifact tokens fuel mana velocity through Inspiring Statuary and provide continuous card advantage. In the mid-to-late game, the deck transitions into high-impact sorceries and game-ending payoffs. It leverages Cecily, Haunted Mage's free spellcasting, Bolas's Citadel chains, and Cyberdrive Awakener to convert an extensive board of Clues and Treasures into lethal flying damage. Strong interaction, including uncounterable counterspells and asymmetric board wipes, protects the board state while grinding opponents down across multiple turn rotations.
