god of war

Format: Commander

Commander: Kratos, Stoic Father and Atreus, Impulsive Son

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai God-tribal deck uses Kratos, Stoic Father and Atreus, Impulsive Son to scale experience counters into large +1/+1 counters and card advantage. Kratos adds experience when Gods attack or die and converts it into counters at end step, while Atreus draws cards equal to experience and pings opponents. The deck floods the board with Gods and support legends (Iroas, Gisela, Heliods, Djeru), multiplies combat damage with Gisela, Gratuitous Violence, and City on Fire, and closes with extra combats from World at War or a pumped commander. A secondary line uses Blasphemous Act with Toralf, God of Fury to chain excess damage. It wins through combat, not combo, and needs board presence to function.
