Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis artifact midrange strategy led by Dr. Eggman, designed to generate relentless card advantage and deploy colossal artifact threats without paying their retail costs. By combining cheap mana rocks and artifact lands, the deck consistently casts its commander on Turn 4. From there, each end step presents opponents with a brutal villainous choice: either discard valuable cards or allow heavy Constructs, Robots, and Vehicles like Myr Battlesphere, Combustible Gearhulk, and Cybership to enter the battlefield for free. Synergies with discard punishers like Waste Not and Megrim turn the opponent's defensive discards into extra mana, card draw, and life loss. While lacking infinite combos or format-ceiling fast mana, the deck controls the mid-game through attrition, board clears like Delete, and evasion enablers like Workshop Elders to overwhelm the table in combat by Turn 8.
