Teval the Broken by user5033315

Format: Commander

Commander: Teval, Arbiter of Virtue

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Teval, Arbiter of Virtue leads a graveyard-fueled delve deck that mills itself to pay for big spells cheaply. Teval gives all spells delve and lifelink, but each cast costs life equal to mana value, so the deck pairs life gain and draw doublers to stay alive. The main win is a single large attacker - Teval or another threat - enhanced by Eldrazi Conscription or Super State, which spreads combat damage to all opponents, with Aetherflux Reservoir and Summon: Bahamut as alternate outlets. Six and Vilis, Broker of Blood act as hidden engines, providing retrace value and turning life loss into cards while dredge and recursion keep the graveyard full.
