Deck overview

Grizzlegom, Hurloon Hero is a five-color lands deck in disguise. The plan is to ramp into Prismatic Omen or Dryad of the Ilysian Grove, turning every land into all five basic types, then attack with Grizzlegom so each land creates a Soldier, draws a card, drains life, and pumps the commander. Token and landfall engines-Avenger, Scute Swarm, Field of the Dead, Omnath-provide redundancy, while Craterhoof Behemoth and Moraug turn the board into an immediate kill. Wulfgar and Roaming Throne double the attack triggers. The commander is the engine and finisher; the hidden commander is the land-type enabler. Without it the deck still wins through landfall beats, but the main draw-drain-token burst is gone.
