Deck overview

The Mighty Thor, Jane Foster commands an aggressive Azorius Equipment and blink midrange deck that pairs lethal Voltron combat pressure with card advantage. The deck uses early mana rocks and cost reducers like Sigarda's Aid, Puresteel Paladin, and Forge Anew on Turns 1 and 2 to cast Thor on Turn 3. Once operational on Turn 4, Thor attacks to flicker high-impact ETB permanents such as Cloud, Midgar Mercenary or Thought Monitor while drawing extra cards whenever Equipment enters the battlefield. Heavy stat-boosting Equipment like Colossus Hammer, Nettlecyst, and Leyline Axe turn Thor or alternate threats like Kappa Cannoneer into lethal combat finishers by Turn 5. The deck maintains strong resilience with searchable defensive equipment, efficient counterspells, and graveyard recursion tools like Sevinne's Reclamation. While requiring multiple turns of combat to eliminate the full table, its steady card velocity and high individual threat density create an imposing board presence.
