Deck overview

This competitive EDH deck leverages Tiamat as a five-color command zone outlet for compact, format-ceiling combo wins. The primary win condition centers on Food Chain and Squee, the Immortal, which generate infinite creature mana of all colors. Once infinite mana is established, casting Tiamat searches up a game-ending package of Dragons—primarily Terror of the Peaks and Scourge of Valkas. By repeatedly casting and exiling Tiamat to Food Chain, the deck triggers direct damage that incinerates all opponents in a single turn. The deck is supported by blistering fast mana, 10 original dual lands, 10 fetchlands, and an elite suite of unconditional tutors. To ensure uninterrupted execution, the deck deploys robust protection pieces like Grand Abolisher, Silence, and Ranger-Captain of Eos, alongside free countermagic. If Food Chain is contested, Underworld Breach paired with Lion's Eye Diamond and Brain Freeze offers a fully independent, equally fast secondary win condition.
