Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet spellslinger and storm archetype commanded by Lilah, Undefeated Slickshot. Lilah turns every multicolored instant and sorcery into a plotted spell upon resolution, allowing you to bank high-impact cards in exile and recast them later for zero mana. The deck leverages this free mana tempo to fuel massive burst turns where you cast numerous spells alongside Magecraft engines like Storm-Kiln Artist and Archmage Emeritus. Win conditions revolve around creating wide token armies with Young Pyromancer, Third Path Iconoclast, and Murmuring Mystic, then pumping the board lethally via Balmor, Battlemage Captain, Bria, Riptide Rogue, or repeated casts of Haze of Rage. Additionally, Storm-Kiln Artist and Haze of Rage form an infinite storm, mana, and power loop. Backed by elite free countermagic including Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Force of Will, the deck reliably protects its win attempts and closes games decisively around Turn 5.
