Deck overview

Gandalf, Party Guest leads a Jeskai legendary-Wizard spellslinger deck. The primary plan is to assemble a small team of legendary Wizards, then use Gandalf's beginning-of-combat trigger to cast expensive instants and sorceries for free. Value engines such as Talrand, Deekah, and Kykar convert those spells into flying tokens, while copy effects and recursion keep the gas flowing. The cleanest win is the Naru Meha plus Will of the Temur loop, which builds an enormous army of 4/4 Dragon Narus; otherwise the deck wins through extra combat steps and overwhelming token attacks. Gandalf the Grey in the 99 serves as a hidden second Gandalf, adding spell copies and direct damage. The deck functions without its commander but heavily rewards keeping it alive.
