Smaug - Treasures - B3 by Noctem

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug, Wicked Worm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Powered by Smaug, Wicked Worm as a treasure-burst engine, this BR artifact deck floods the board with artifacts, drains opponents with pingers, and finishes through Mycosynth Lattice plus Hellkite Tyrant, Revel in Riches, or Aetherflux Reservoir. Smaug's ETB count and Treasure-draw trigger reward a fast start, while Goldspan Dragon, Xorn, and Academy Manufactor multiply treasure. The hidden legend in the 99 is Smaug the Magnificent, a haste payoff that punishes the treasure hoard, with Magda acting as a commander-like tutor. It is a mid-speed, value-combo deck that can explode quickly but is highly dependent on artifact synergies.
