Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Equipment Voltron strategy centered on Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. The primary game plan deploys high-impact weapons early, such as Colossus Hammer, Buster Sword, or Hero's Blade, and follows up with Cloud on Turn 4. Because Cloud has haste and attaches an Equipment for free upon entering, it immediately swings for high commander damage, drawing cards and creating Treasure tokens when its power reaches 7 or greater. The deck compounds this advantage through extra combat steps from Aggravated Assault and Tifa, Martial Artist, double strike modifiers, and board-wide damage from Vincent, Vengeful Atoner. A deep package of instant-speed protection like Clever Concealment, Deflecting Swat, and Heroic Intervention shields key creatures from removal, allowing the deck to close games reliably around Turn 6.
