Braids - Almost Done by user3378042

Format: Commander

Commander: Braids, Arisen Nightmare

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Braids, Arisen Nightmare is the deck's engine: sacrificing tokens and recursive permanents at end step makes opponents sacrifice or take 2 and lets you draw. The primary plan is attrition-discard spells, sacrifice triggers, and stax pieces empty hands and boards while Waste Not, Geth's Grimoire, Tinybones, and Bloodchief Ascension convert those losses into value. Secondary paths are Tergrid stealing permanents, Sheoldred's saga reanimating everything, and the Chthonian Nightmare recursion loop. Braids, Cabal Minion functions as a hidden commander, adding a second symmetrical sacrifice trigger. The commander is single-faced, so no double-faced face choice is needed; the 99's double-faced cards are modal lands and utility payoffs.
