Jasper by Jiveturkey

Format: Commander

Commander: Laughing Jasper Flint

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Black-Red outlaw-tribal theft deck helmed by Laughing Jasper Flint. Jasper's upkeep trigger exiles a number of cards from an opponent's library equal to the number of outlaws you control, and the deck's entire game is to flood the board with cheap Rogues, Mercenaries, Pirates, Warlocks, and Assassins - powered by token engines like Hellspur Posse Boss, Brimstone Roundup, and At Knifepoint - then cast the stolen cards using mana of any color. A deep cast-from-exile package in the 99 (Etali, Primal Storm, Brainstealer Dragon, Gonti, Lord of Luxury, Grenzo, Havoc Raiser, Rakdos, the Muscle) keeps the deck stealing even if Jasper is answered. There are no infinite combos; games end by attrition: wide combat with first strike, drain from Rakish Crew and Vial Smasher, Gleeful Grenadier, and the occasional reset into a full board via Living Death and Back in Town.
