Berta by Knightmare015

Format: Commander

Commander: Berta, Wise Extrapolator

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a classic Simic +1/+1 counters strategy built around Berta, Wise Extrapolator. The primary game plan is to deploy Berta early, use her increment ability to grow her power/toughness and generate mana, then accumulate counters across the board through doubling effects, proliferate, and token generation. The deck wins either through combat damage (trample or unblockable via Herald of Secret Streams), the alternate condition Simic Ascendancy, or by creating enormous fractal tokens with Body of Research or Primo, the Unbounded. It is a value-oriented, incrementally accelerating deck that relies on board presence and counter synergy rather than fast combo lines.
