Werewolves by user5271617

Format: Commander

Commander: Tovolar, Dire Overlord // Tovolar, the Midnight Scourge

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Gruul Wolf and Werewolf tribal deck wins by going wide and attacking. Tovolar, Dire Overlord draws cards when Wolves or Werewolves deal combat damage and flips to night when you control three or more Wolves/Werewolves, transforming Humans. Tovolar, the Midnight Scourge keeps the draw engine and adds a {X}{R}{G} pump that gives trample. The deck builds a pack with token makers, protects it with anthems like Immerwolf, then finishes with overrun effects and extra combats. There is no infinite combo; all wins are fair combat. A hidden draw and selection engine in Realmwalker and Vanquisher's Banner keeps the hand full without the commander.
