New Untitled Deck by EdibleGlue

Format: Commander

Commander: The Notary Hobbits

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

The Notary Hobbits is a single-faced commander and the whole engine: its ETB makes two nonlegendary Halfling token copies, and every Halfling (including the original) taps for one colorless per Halfling on board. That gives a tiny token army an enormous colorless mana battery, which the deck spends on X spells and Genesis effects. The primary plan is to ramp into the Hobbits, multiply Halfling tokens through populate, then convert that mana into a board-wide lethal attack with End-Raze Forerunners, Scale Up, or a huge Genesis Wave. Secondary paths use Avenger of Zendikar, Terastodon, and Gelatinous Genesis as independent token/beater lines. There is no hidden commander; every line funnels through the Halfling engine.
