Urza - Test 1 by Avissar

Format: Commander

Commander: Urza, Lord High Artificer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact combo deck helmed by Urza, Lord High Artificer. The plan is to flood the board with cheap artifacts and cost-reducers, cast Urza as a mana battery that turns every artifact into blue mana, then assemble compact infinite-mana loops. Primary wins are Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal or Basalt Monolith + Forensic Gadgeteer, converting infinite mana into a Laboratory Maniac win, massive Finale of Revelation draws, or Urza's free-cast activation. Secondary paths include the Phyrexian mode of Mirrodin Besieged (fifteen artifacts in the graveyard) and a combat finish via Cyberdrive Awakener animating the artifact army. The deck plays as a classic Urza control-combo shell: develop rocks, protect the stack, then explode in a single turn.
