Commander: Prismari, the Inspiration

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Izzet storm deck uses Prismari, the Inspiration to give storm to every instant and sorcery, turning rituals and cantrips into lethal Grapeshot or Brain Freeze copies. The primary plan generates explosive mana with Seething Song, Pyretic Ritual, Rite of Flame and Jeska's Will, then loops Reiterate with buyback or Narset's Reversal for infinite mana and storm count, with Storm-Kiln Artist and Birgi converting each cast into Treasures and red mana. Underworld Breach offers a secondary graveyard engine with Frantic Search and Faithless Looting to recast rituals. Prismari costs seven mana and often stays in the command zone; Birgi and Storm-Kiln Artist act as hidden commanders that actually enable the wins.
