Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Golgari Elfball build commanded by Lathril, Blade of the Elves. The primary strategy centers on deploying one-mana dorks to power out scaling mana engines such as Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, and Gaea's Cradle. With accelerated mana, the deck casts Lathril on Turn 3 to generate Elf Warrior tokens via combat damage. By Turn 4, the deck leverages its wide board and explosive mana to tutor or cast game-ending overrun effects like Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, or Coat of Arms, eliminating the table across one to two combat steps. Alternatively, untap engines enable Lathril's activated ability to drain opponents directly. The list features dense card draw bursts through Pact of the Serpent and Shamanic Revelation, backed by proactive shielding from Heroic Intervention, Selfless Safewright, and Allosaurus Shepherd.
