Gimli Trauma by user5605391

Format: Commander

Commander: Gimli, Mournful Avenger

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Gimli, Mournful Avenger leads a Gruul token-sacrifice engine. The deck floods the board with Eldrazi Spawn, Saprolings, Goblins, and Servos, then converts each death into mana, cards, and +1/+1 counters on Gimli. Impact Tremors and Goblin Bombardment turn the token influx into direct damage, while Chandra's Ignition and Soul Immolation use board presence as a one-shot finisher. A secondary path equips Gimli and takes commander damage. Feldon and Eternal Witness provide midrange recursion. No hidden commander exists; the list is built around the same death-matters loop that Gimli rewards.
