Counter Blitz (Yuna) (Redux) by sadlygoodid

Format: Commander

Commander: Yuna, Grand Summoner

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Bant +1/+1 counters combo deck helmed by Yuna, Grand Summoner, who doubles as a mana engine and a counter accelerant. Her Grand Summon taps for any color and puts two +1/+1 counters on the next creature cast, while her death-trigger recycles counters onto a surviving creature. The primary plan is to scale a mana dork past the three-mana threshold, attach an untap aura for infinite mana, and dump it into an outlet like Walking Ballista, Triskelion, or Berta, Wise Extrapolator. Secondary lines include the Scurry Oak + Ivy Lane Denizen infinite loop and Sage of Hours extra turns. A dense counter-doubling and proliferate package (Doubling Season, Branching Evolution, Hardened Scales, Evolution Sage, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus) makes every line redundant and fast.
