Goad by Iron

Format: Commander

Commander: Kardur, Doomscourge

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Kardur, Doomscourge leads a forced-combat deck that makes opponents attack each other while you drain life. When Kardur enters he goads all opposing creatures for a turn and drains 1 per attacking creature that dies, stacked with Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Mogis, God of Slaughter and similar punishers. Backup goad engines like Disrupt Decorum, Geode Rager, Vengeful Ancestor, Goblin Spymaster and Bothersome Quasit keep attacks flowing without Kardur. Damage doublers Gratuitous Violence, Dictate of the Twin Gods and Curse of Bloodletting turn small swings and draw-punishers like Spiteful Visions and Fate Unraveler into lethal damage, with Balefire Dragon and Brash Taunter as top-end closers. Chainer, Dementia Master serves as a hidden commander for recursion and rebuild.
